About Plantation Palms Golf Club (Land-O-Lakes, FL)
You'll find this David Harman design just north of Tampa. The links-style design includes ample greens, wide fairways, and elevated tees. Harman did a marvelous job with the framing and tee design of Plantation Palms. Great consideration was given to beginners and higher handicap players, while also providing a challenge for the accomplished player. A beautiful clubhouse offers great amenities including a fully stocked golf shop and a bar and grille with "the perfect bill of fare for the golfing public."

A very pleasant surprise. Seeing how it was contained in a housing development made me lower my expectations for the round. However, 4 very difficult par 3 holes, challenging yet fair par 5s, and at least half a dozen well designed par 4s made for an exciting round. The course was difficult but allowed one to score- a very pleasing combination.
